Yes, we ship worldwide, including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service. Also please check the product page since we usually declare expected shipping time on it.
Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an update through your email with a tracking code. You can then track your parcel here: Track Order

Shipment may be delayed for some reasons such us due to bad weather, long Holidays, customs, a huge number of deliveries and backlogs. If it takes more than 4 weeks since the package was shipped, please contact us.
We have our warehouses in the different countries in Asia, USA and Europe therefore, we ship your order from those countries. Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers in order for you to receive the order as fast as possible. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are still in transit. If you do not receive all your purchase within 4 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.
To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately (within 24h) on email@example.com. In case your order is already forwarded to the courier, we can't change it nor cancel it, so it is important to contact us asap.

Before we forward your order to the courier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. Our Return Policy states that you can return the item for a full refund 30 days after receiving the item If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. please note that you would have to pay for the postage costs yourself.
